We make our pricing affordable, so the only choice you need to make is how you want to utilise your funds.

Our 1:1 hourly rates are available  on weekdays and subject to NDIS Price Guidelines  on weekends, excluding Public Holidays. The activity you want to do or which Carers 2U carer you want to work with has no bearing on this rate.

All our prices are flat rates, regardless of time of day.

ALL RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE UPON ENQUIRY

Connect with Carers2U support workers or Counsellor ( rates for a Counselling session via video or phone are scheduled at the normal NDIS rate ) no matter where you live via an online video or phone booking. We understand these bookings may not always last the minimum booking time of 1 hour, so we offer a 30 minute video or phone booking rate (for calls over 30 minutes, the normal hourly rate applies).

This covers transport during a booking. There is no charge for the cost of a Carers2U support worker to travel to and from their home to a booking.

NDIS participants can flexibly use their plan’s core support funding to claim service provider costs associated with transporting participants to and from NDIS funded community-based activities.

The Australian Government’s National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides financial support for people living with disability.  Many of our franchises provide services through the NDIS, and some are even qualified to offer additional financial support through the NDIS’ Temporary Transformation support. Check with your closest Just Better Care office to learn more, or check the latest NDIS Support Catalogue for details.  

If you’re not eligible for government support, or want to skip the waiting periods, a private support package can be an affordable and convenient way to get the services that are right for you or your loved one.  

We provide a range of supports to assist with daily living.

Attendant care is usually long term and can include daytime or overnight support, depending on your needs.

Post acute support is usually for people who need temporary or short term support. Your hospital or treating team will recommend that you need help with personal care and everyday tasks such as shopping and banking after you are discharged back home.

We will then work with your treating team to make sure you get the help you need.
